We are thinking about a trip to Monument Valley around Thanksgiving.....

Several Questions ...
1) How long do we need to drive the loop in Monument valley? 1 hour? 6 hours?
2) Dirt road or paved?
3) Little hikes or mostly just drive the loop?
4) Looks like there is a main loop SOUTHEAST of US 163 and another loop NORTHWEST of US 163. Are BOTH part of the park? Is one better than the other?
5) How long is the drive from Monument valley to Provo? (we're thinking about going to Monument valley on the way up to visit family.... Google says about 5 to 6 hours ...)
6) Tips or Tricks or suggestions for visiting? Best part to see? Best thing to do?
