Yes it’s about 6 hours drive give or take depending how many pit stops you make.

One suggestion I’d have is stopping off at Valley of the Gods which is on the road to Monument Valley, free to drive through and has lots of neat formations. It’s dirt but drivable by most cars I think. But as you’re going in November and there might be some moisture I’d suggest avoiding dirt roads as they can be muddy and you get stuck-they occasionally have to pull people out that got stuck.
