Yea better. They're actually looking good against a second-level EPL team.
That is the 7 through 10 ish teams in the table. The Evertons, Leicesters, and Wolverhamptons etc. Previously it was difficult to see much if any talent differential on the field between MU and those 2nd tier teams.
