I'm no lawyer, but I still suspect that because it's a jury trial, the USWNT side could prevail given jury members who have been primed through biased media coverage. This was probably the USWNT side's strategy all along.
And I still say that this is not an Equal Pay Act nor a chapter VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act issue. I have also said that I'm OK with USSF adopting an equal bonus structure instead of a structure based on separate CBA's and tied to revenue production, if they all agree. But that would be in recognition of differing market realities and an attempt to counter it and not any kind of admission of unlawful gender discrimination.
