I say he won't be here long enough because I don't think they will keep him.
Yes he got better in record from 2 years ago to last year, but to me still just not getting it done.
I really hope he figures it out and is here long term and we are a better than average team every year. But he has not shown that he can do that. Hopefully that can change this year.
