I learned a valuable lesson today

CB has a large group of fervent pull-up enthusiasts who all selectively vote in pull-up polls and get angry when anyone challenges the statistic that 43% of a couple hundred people who vote in a pull-up poll perform pull-ups regularly.

I guess I’ll just back down on this one. Keep up with those gains fellas

I do pullups 2-3 times a week. And a lot of the guys on my FO also workout regularly.
