Isn't real sourdough hard because you have to develop special yeast starters?
I'm not an expert baker, but I heard that making real sourdough bread with the correct yeast can be difficult.

Yeast is everywhere. It's natural and you just let your flour and water sit out.

You do need to cultivate a sourdough starter, but it isn't that hard.

You can also go to your local bakery and ask for some of theirs if you don't
