OP subscribes to Utah paying boards. I think that’s great. Not that expensive, relevant for H2H recruiting info and insightful.
I like the more informed analysis.
I do think the emphasis on Utah’s LBs, OL and BYUs run D is deliberately playing to strength in the analysis.
Utah’s DL and secondary both have the ability to completely change the game.
Wilson is an exceptional QB, IMO. If he could balance great reads, spot on throws with timely runs, he can keep Utah in edge again. That said, one Utah pick completely changed Wilson’s (or his coaches’) confidence and he became a different QB after that, IMO.
UU also feels there were a lot of close picks that they should’ve had. If Wilson comes in as a gunslinger, he could very well toast Utah for 300+ or throw 3-4 picks.
I think Wilson/WRs vs Utah’s secondary is where this game is won or lost. Not with the run games.
