I get after people a lot on this site for how they treat Utah fans just hoping to have some honest conversation about the game. I think the Utah smack from BYU fans on CB is some of the dumbest stuff I’ve ever seen or heard.

But Utah is BYU’s rival of which I know you are aware. A Michigan fan posting on a OSU message board is going to get murdered. It’s sometimes how rivalries work.

As for “other team’s fans”, I’ve seen that this board loves other team fans that come on the board because usually they want to talk about the game. If a Tennessee fan came on the board and said “our QB is going to carve you up”, CBers would probably give him crap about that. Coming from a rival, it’s never gonna fly.

You know this. Don’t make it a “BYU fans are mean to other fans” type of thing.
