It is plain and simple, KS has probably don't more wrong than right so far. Or at least hasn't done much in certain areas.
The only real credit I can give him is recruiting. While the rankings haven't gone up he has done a good job of creating better depth and focusing on some long neglected position groups, specifically both sides of the lines.
If you look at his recruits he has brought in a ton of poly players. Especially during his early tenure it seemed like he was practically recruiting only poly players. He still hasn't landed a lot of the top poly talent but has done a good job in improving that pipeline.
But at this point I think it is obvious things haven't gone as planned and his early vision for the program was totally wrong. He's been a mediocre/average head coach at best.
