Did your YM use all of their budget last year? Our ward always seemed to have excess come December.
That money is there to be used. As long as you can manage it in the budget, just pay the pavilion fee.

How many YM? If not too many, see if someone has a fire pit in yard. We had as many as 30 use our yard fire pit.
