what johnnybyu mentioned and go up American Fork Canyon. There should be plenty of spots up there you could use. I think the fee is $6/vehicle if you go that route. That is a little further away than Lehi/SS/Eagle Mountain but could be viable if you're fine w/ driving that direction. Other option is to just pay the fee for the pavilion at Willow Park if it's in the budget.
