I get that religion courses are a part of BYU

I’ve just never understood why they aren’t pass/fail for the general student body.

I took 4 yrs of institute courses at the U and loved every single one of them, because I was free to focus on the learning and spiritual aspect of the course, without fretting over a grade that could impact my GPA.

I don't know if they were hard, but my some of my worst grades at BYU were in my religion classes.

They were hard for me & was immature in 1967. Accepted on academic probation.

Depended on teacher. Some way harder. I recommend dropping class if hard.
