We have some musical families in our ward that take it seriously. And the used to be teenagers that were organists back when they were teenagers will still fill in on occasion so it is very rare anyone older than their early twenties is playing the organ in our sacrament meetings.

Come to think of it the choristers are all teenagers or early twenty somethings also.

When I was growing up it was pretty much all mature women that filled those two callings.
