I’m taking my daughter to early morning seminary and thought it would be a good time to start exercising again. After doing a workout should I be drinking a protein shake or something else. I see everyone on here talking about intermittent fasting and wanted to know if that would be the way to go.
I’m 6’1 inches and weigh about 210 and 44 yrs old. My goal is to get to 185 lbs. I’m not really concerned about how fast I get there, just wanting to establish some good habits. I’m doing P90x3 workouts.
