themselves. They wasnt a chance to go to the NFL, they want a college scholarship, they want to be the star. They are making these sacrifices (yes, I realize they sacrifice a lot) for personal reasons. Their motivation should be intrinsic, and they shouldn't be blaming the fans for their lack of motivation on the field.
