Yesterday I was super happy for him. It felt like he got a huge monkey off his back. The guy is as good as they come and I want it so bad for him. It has felt that he had a lot of on the job learning, but for once I felt like it’s moving a lot faster in the right direction. I think there is still plenty of growing pains ahead, but here’s to hoping he becomes a coaching legend for us.
