We can’t get 11 players on the field on offense.

We waste a time out because we can’t get FG defense out there, and then the other team decides to go for it out of the timeout and succeeds.

We show the 4th down play, refs blow it dead after we start it (and are stopped)....only to run the same play again.

And maybe the worst imho, the final timeout. The other team is on offense and is content to run off the field and play overtime. Instead, we call a timeout to allow them to potentially draw up a final play and try to score....mostly (99%+) downside for us....why in the world are we taking a timeout there....hey USC, are you really, really sure you don’t want to just beat us in regulation?
