I agree. Been like that for years. From what I can see, the problem is they help
out local youth groups, teams, etc. to raise money by letting them man the concession stands. It is a nice thing to do and a good idea in concept, but the problem is they have 0 experience doing it so it comes at the expense of speediness and getting people served and out of the line asap. I also have heard BYU struggles to find students or adults that want to work concessions because the pay is so small.

The inefficiency of BYU concessions is really obvious when I go to a road game and see how much faster they get people through the line. In most cases when it is fast and efficient, it college aged students or adults who have it as an job, not a youth group trying to raise money.
