I remember doing all of those. Winning the T-shirt’s as a high school kid was awesome. Having the live band that threw out full size blue and white nerf balls was the best. My buddy and I would usually get 2-3 per game and after 20+ years, I still have a couple left.
The best was when Maceys would give out the candy bars. One game in 1997, I won 4 free tickets to a game so we brought our catholic friend with us. Maceys happened to be giving out licorice ropes and we convinced my friend to steal a box of them, which he did. We ended up with 120 licorice ropes to split 3 ways. It was amazing.
