And I would say that our HS band does a better half time show than BYU does. I know for a fact that the kids practice more than BYU's band does. We have a friend who was on the HS color guard last year and now BYU. She said that band camp week up there was a breeze compared to what she used to do with the HS.

Our performances are amazing and if the BYU band was doing that you would be interested in watching it. In some cases we have more fans of the band than the football team. I know when we travel we usually have more fans in the stands than the home team and a lot of that is because of the parents going to support the band.

A lot of us also watch and cheer for the football, but I don't know that I would be at a away game if my kid was not in the band and I was not a volunteer.
