I do feel he probably shouldn’t have jumped right into being a college OC but that’s not his fault. He either should have been given more time to develop with such decision to pick someone with low experience or he should’ve never been offered the job without working his way up first. It was way too risky of move on the part of the AD. That being said, it’s smoke in mirrors and I’m glad there exists a good relationship between BYU and Ty and that is a big thanks to Ty’s great personality.
