Almost none. And you often would have to do it every game since that person often doesn't learn and just brings it the next game. The people going to games are customers of a business. You shouldn't require customers to have to create a tense environment to enjoy your product. Take away the issue entirely by dealing with it at the gate. There is no downside in the long run.
