Totally agree about quitting. I see it all the time in all sports. The younger generation may not want to hear this but in the 70s and 80s they kept score in little league. I remember several games where we were on the losing end of one of these blow outs. Sometimes the talent level was too much. But never had a coach pull me because of fear of injury or worried about my feelings. We were told to dig down and get any type of victory even small ones we could carry over.

I completely agree with your post. Unfortunately Kalani's team quit at times when they get too far down. UCLA is coached by Kalani and this staff would not have beaten Washington State.
