After Detmer was let go and they brought in Grimes and the extra coach allowed was hired on the offense... I think Sitake is way more involved with the defensive side than the offense. I'm sure Sitake sits in on every offensive meeting... but I think Sitake spends the vast majority of his coaching time with the defense. I would be shocked if he didn't.

I've just kind of reading between the lines from past interviews and practice interviews and such.
