Funny thing is talking to a friend a couple of years ago who was a receiver on that team, he said that Hancock did not read the field very well but they loved playing with him because Hancock would chuck it up into double triple coverage sometimes not seeing it knowing that his receivers would bail him out. The reason Hancock was 3rd string was because of the he was not very good at reading the defenses. Walsh and Clements were much better at that. I wish we had receivers like that at BYU currently.
