Thanks for explaining. I didn’t realize there was someone like that directly
above Holmoe. It’s discouraging to see how BYU builds the structure. We need better people for all these positions and we need to go away from treating things like a church position. This is business and BYU football needs to be in the business of getting wins.

In a normal business and at a normal school you would be 100% correct, but that’s not how BYU works.
