It's pretty common knowledge that Sitake will never fire or demote Tuiaki. Also because the problems are systemic, and won't be fixed until the team culture (created and perpetuated by Sitake) is changed.
Here's another thought. I don't think Tuiaki is remotely qualified to be a DC. I don’t think he has a clue how to analyze, scheme, adjust, or strategize. It's my suspicion that the defense we see trotting out to allow 243 run yards a game is really Sitake's brainchild and not Tuiaki's. That's my theory anyway.
