don't see teams running that kind of offense in the top 25. Navy occasionally sneaks in for a week or two, that's as close as it gets. Defenses not coached by Tuiaki have mostly figured out how to stop it.
And big offensive linemen are one type of athlete BYU actually has some success recruiting. Trying to run an option offense with the kind of linemen BYU gets would be a disaster.
Spread-option type offenses with some option/zone read mixed in could certainly work, and actually would probably be a good fit for BYU. But triple-option/flexbone is not going to bring a bunch of wins.
