People seem to think simply paying more makes coaches better.
I Bronco had coached some other G5 program to the level he coached BYU and then gone on to Virginia, fans would be willing to pay him a ton of money to now come coach at BYU. Think about it - seems very true.
But when we had him, we were somehow "limited" because we weren't willing to pay more for coaches? Like, paying him an extra $500K would have made him coach better?
