What we don't see is twice the supporting staff that a P5 can afford.
If you were a position coach would you like to 1, 2, 3, or 4 "staff assistants". How about a much large S&C staff? how about a full staff of nutritionists? Tutors? Equipment people? etc.?
These better funded programs have a fleet of people helping the team in every way possible. It lets the coaches simply coach.
