I don’t care what job anyone has, you can always challenge yourself in almost any job out there. He sounds bored to me. I dealt with boredom a few years ago and decided to really start challenging myself, and in doing so I found much more fulfillment in my career and life.

Going from one extreme to another in career choice is not a smart decision, especially with a bunch of small kids. He’s going to regret missing the young life of all of his kids because of a pursuit of more fulfillment.
