That you think would currently come to BYU. Was Kalani on your previous list of 3? How is that working out? Do you really think we have enough to offer to get the elite athletes? We no longer even get the elite LDS or Poly athletes. I remember when we did. We aren't the only landing place for RM's any more. There are so many areas we can't or don't compare.
You talk about tradition. Natty. (happened 35 years ago, and wasn't a natty)Y finished as only unbeaten team and #1. We barely beat a Michigan team that wasn't even ranked in top 25 and was FIFTH rated team in the big 10. NONE of the top teams would come play us in Bowl game. I was there screaming and hollering for my team. Could not happen today because of change to BCS system.

What is the recent tradition you talk about? I still put my Y flag on the outside garage door for every FB and BB game. We were fortunate to win 2 games this year and it is 50/50 whether we get to go to the Famous potato bowl , again this year.

Sorry, I'm not ready to be dilusional yet. Let me know when we get our first 5 star LDS, 4 star non LDS, up and coming coach or beat a team that actually finishes in the top 10-15.
