is a coach at a D-1, successful program, he'd most likely have to take a huge pay-cut to coach at BYU.

Pretend Bronco is everything he is, except not LDS. But he'd still have no problem coaching at BYU and supporting the honor code, because he believes in the same thing. Is he really going to take a pay-cut more than 1/2 his salary to coach here?
