Head coaches since Dirk Koetter have all been good hires.
They've also been developed in the program, I think. No outside hires. I might be wrong with Dan Hawkins.
Every time they've had a change at the top I've been thinking that they would stumble and fall, but they haven't.
All it would take is for BYU to get a Chris Peterson-like HC. IMHO, that's the missing ingredient in the Cougars recipe.
