8% is higher than I would think, it’s really a long shot IMO
You have Bama/LSU/Clemson/Ohio State/OU/Wiscy all undefeated and I think who all would get in with one loss over one loss Utah. Then you have the next group who has a loss, but is also more likely to get in with one loss - Florida/UGA/Auburn/Notre Dame.
Then you have the teams from that group who likely get in over a one loss Utah even if they have two losses. Those are Bama/LSU/Notre Dame/UGA/Ohio State.
Hard to imagine a likely scenario that has to work out for that to happen.
