My brother wasn't competitive in video games but now he programs them because of his love for games. Being addicted to the games is harmful but doing it as a hobby or possible profession wouldn't be bad as long as school was completed and it didn't get in the way of his future. Life is to long to get lost in a game in teenage youth.
