I really liked Bronco and was mad we let him go
But don’t kid yourself. The gap between BYU and the P5s was widening under Bronco and has continued over the last 4 years. 4 years in college football is a long time and BYU has made no effort to keep up. I think Bronco did as well as anyone could realistically do but I don’t think there’s a chance he would be doing as well over the past 4 years as he did during his tenure
