Especially on the final series
They were spotting us a yard or so back on many of our run plays in the 4th quarter. Especially on the final series. On 2nd down our running back landed full body past the first down line, and they marked him back between a yard and 2 yards short. Both him and our lineman with him all landed full body past first down. That would have sealed the game.

Not true. The chain is the measuring stick not the lines. The lines may be off depending on who measured and painted
