Honestly, I dont have a problem with it.
Grimes helping with the OL, coaching guys up, overseeing the offense as a whole. While Arod up in the booth calling plays.
Obviously play calls are important. But when it comes to accountability, having Grimes right in your face after a misstep I think is a positive.
Not to mention one has more experience than the other, and could be just more adept at it.
