Couldn't agree with you more. Our company uses SaleForce and Oracle CRM (GEM) depending on the business unit.
Instead of bringing the whole company onto SaleForce they doubled down on Oracle for the rest.
Thankfully I work in the business unit that uses and gets to keep SF.
Oracle is miserable.
