In our company. We use a number of other products as well - most notably JDE - and we’ll be getting out of those as well because cost, support, and features are not up to par. They’ve been trying to sell us on their cloud service and they’re so far behind Azure and AWS that it’s laughable... then they want to charge us 3x the amount that Microsoft and Amazon are. I actually feel bad for our account sales rep, he just seems so defeated in our meetings. Our account manager, on the other hand, seems to think that we’re bluffing when we say we’ll walk away.
The company is arrogant and isn’t adapting fast enough. They’ll go the way of IBM if they stay on their current trajectory IMO.
