He's a Houston fan that wants BYU in to improve the conference's perception at the expense of BYU's schedule. Just another G5 conference honk.

Yep. Conferences are saying what schools count as P5s and which dont. The schools that count are more likely to get H:H

The ACC counts Navy, Temple and others as "P5" for sched purposes.
