You can't really complain about a system that has the best teams in the country playing for the Natty. You might have an argument that the field should be opened wider to 8 or more teams, but I don't think the playoffs have allowed any undeserving team to get into the final 4.

Sure you can argue that Team A should have gotten in over Team B, but in every case, Team B also has legitimate reasons why you could argue that it is top 4. Does anyone really think that the best team in the country has actually been left out of the playoffs since the format change?
