sadly, it's been over 30 years since much of what you mentioned happened. It's a new fanbase out there and we are no more relevant than Cincy or Memphis and easily behind Boise St whose been to 3 fiesta bowls in the past 15 years. I'm simply asking ourselves to step outside our own point of view, which is very legitimate, we have every reason to feel like we belong, but I'm simply asking to view it from the outside and I feel like they don't think we are anymore deserving than several G5' who are currently in a "G5 conference.
