I would argue that the NCAA is wildly inconsistent and supremely inequitable in it's enforcement and largely failing in it's purpose. The blue-blood schools constantly break rules with a wink and a nudge and get what amounts to a slap on the wrist. The Yoeli ruling in particular harms the student athlete the most when all he wanted was to return to school (in the spirit of the NCAA rules) where the "educational experience of the student-athlete is paramount" and received a stiff penalty for what amounts to a paperwork issue.

I applaud Memphis for taking it to the NCAA and exposing them as a complete joke even though what is occurring there is clearly against the NCAA by-laws because screw the NCAA. Epstein didn't kill himself.
