But seriously — I highly doubt there would be heavy criticism of anyone if BYU
were to go 12-0. Not players, not coaches, nor admission offices or intramural teams.
Criticism would shift to external sources like the playoff committee, Utah for not winning the PAC-12 after beating them, the Provo airport for not being able to handle so many fans showing up to greet the team, et cetera.
It would be Jimmer’s senior year minus any losses and no Brandon Davies drama — the players and coaches would be like gods on campus and in BYU-related media.
It would be a lot of fun.
