Well it’s why for most people we only have it once or twice a year
I mean sure there are those who have turkey sandwiches almost every day, but the traditional thanksgiving meal is not usually something most families prepare more than once or twice a year. I love thanksgiving dinner, I could have turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy once a month for Sunday dinner, but I also know how to cook a very good turkey and my wife makes incredible mashed potatoes and gravy so if you don’t have that I could see that you wouldn’t want it that much. My in-laws thanksgiving dinner is just average and we still go but it’s not for the food it’s for the family. If that was my only time I had turkey and stuff I would feel the same way.
