to use your phone while driving was added to my idea. I just get so frustrated when I see people texting and driving. I know off too many people who have lost loved ones because of a distracted driver.

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't there cars that don't start unless the driver passes a breathalizer test? This would be for people who have had DUIs in the past. My idea would be similar to this.
