Good for him. I have been hard on him. I think he deserves the extension.
I also hope BYU athletics gets behind the program a bit more. I really think BYU has more than a lot of other schools have. BYU will never be a Bama, USC, Ohio State etc... However, if they do want to continue down this Independent path, schedule tough teams, get exposure, then they really need to step it up.
